Simply fill out the Gift Basket Order Form below and email it to us at info@de-vinewines.com and your baskets will be ready for pick-up within 24 hours. We can also ship to most states within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Make sure to also complete the Gift Basket Shipping Form and include it with your email.

Want to create a "one-of-a-kind" basket?
Please feel free to visit the shop or call us at 425/357-6200 and we will help you create a very special gift basket. Once you have chosen the items for your basket, we ask that you allow us 24 hours to assemble and wrap your gift.

1. Download the gift basket order form. Download by clicking here.
The order form will open in a new window on your computer.

2. Save the order form to your hard drive by clicking the 'Save a Copy' button in the PDF toolbar.

3. Complete the form, save it again and e-mail the completed form back to info@de-vinewines.com.

4. Need your basket shipped?
